System overview

Define the boundary. Resolve every bay.

A parametric fence configurator that coordinates perimeter layout, bay spacing, panel construction, finishes, access gates and foundation logic in one measurable 3D system.

Capabilities / 06

What the system resolves.

01

Parametric perimeter layout

Build straight, L-shaped, U-shaped or closed perimeter arrangements from measurable runs and corner angles. Every change rebuilds the full fence path while preserving a coherent relationship between endpoints, corners and installation geometry.

02

Resolved bay system

Set a target bay width and let each run resolve into practical, equal panel divisions. Posts, clear openings and panel widths stay coordinated as the overall boundary changes, avoiding arbitrary stretched panels at the end of a run.

03

Panel construction

Compare vertical slats, horizontal slats, solid privacy panels and welded mesh within the same structural frame. Panel-specific spacing and infill geometry remain visible, so the choice communicates construction and privacy rather than color alone.

04

Finish specification

Apply powder-coated and wood-effect finishes across posts, rails, panels and gates as one system-level selection. The preview keeps finish intent attached to the configured geometry and the commercial material schedule.

05

Access and foundations

Place pedestrian or driveway gates into valid bays, choose handing and coordinate the opening with adjacent posts. Concrete footings and base-plate installation options make the supporting condition part of the configured product.

06

Measured commercial output

Derive total fence length, panel area, bay count, post count, gates and installation components from the active perimeter. The resulting bill of materials and pricing state update from the same geometry shown to the customer.

3D fence planning

Configure the complete perimeter before estimating it by hand.

The 360Configurator fence tool connects layout geometry, run lengths, bay spacing, panel construction, finishes, gates and foundations in one measurable 3D state. It explains how a selected system follows the actual boundary while keeping every panel and access opening commercially traceable.

How it works

From boundary geometry to a resolved fence system in five steps.

Each decision rebuilds the same configured perimeter, keeping the customer view and the technical quantities synchronized.

  1. 01

    Define the perimeter

Choose a straight, L-shaped, U-shaped or closed layout and set the measurable run lengths and corner angle.

  2. 02

    Resolve the bay rhythm

Set the target bay width so each run becomes a practical sequence of equal panels and coordinated posts.

  3. 03

    Choose panel and finish

Compare vertical, horizontal, privacy and mesh infills, then apply the required powder-coated or wood-effect finish.

  4. 04

    Add access and foundations

Position pedestrian or driveway gates and select concrete footings or base-plate installation.

  5. 05

    Review BOM and pricing

Use the configured geometry to derive lengths, areas, posts, panels, gates and installation components.

What you can configure

Coordinate layout, construction and access in one perimeter state.

Fence systems become difficult to quote when site geometry, panel modules and gates are handled separately. The configurator keeps the decisions connected.

01

Layout & dimensions

Build the measurable boundary.

  • Straight, L and U layouts
  • Four- and five-side closed perimeters
  • Run lengths and corner angle
  • Fence height
02

Bays & panels

Resolve a manufacturable panel rhythm.

  • Target bay width
  • Equal panel distribution
  • Vertical and horizontal slats
  • Privacy and mesh panels
03

Finish & installation

Specify appearance and support conditions.

  • Powder-coated colors
  • Wood-effect finish
  • Concrete footings
  • Base plates
04

Access & output

Keep openings and quantities attached to geometry.

  • Pedestrian gates
  • Driveway gates
  • Gate handing
  • Live BOM and pricing
Why configure in 3D

A boundary customers can understand and teams can measure.

The spatial model makes corners, panel rhythm and gates visible while the same state produces the quantities needed downstream.

01

For customers

See the full perimeter, panel style, finish and gate placement before approving the system.

02

For sales teams

Keep run lengths, modules and commercial options aligned throughout the proposal.

03

For production and installation

Use bay, post, gate and foundation data as a structured starting point for delivery.

Fence configurator FAQ

Common questions about the 3D fence configurator.

01Which fence layouts can I configure?+

The current system supports straight, L-shaped, U-shaped and closed perimeter layouts, including four- and five-side closed geometry.

02Can I control individual run lengths?+

Yes. Active runs expose measurable length controls together with fence height, target bay width and the principal corner angle.

03Which panel styles are available?+

The current deployment includes vertical slats, horizontal slats, solid privacy panels and welded mesh.

04Can I add gates?+

Yes. Pedestrian and driveway gates can be placed in valid fence bays with their handing retained in the configuration.

05Are foundations included?+

Yes. Concrete-footing and base-plate installation conditions are represented in the geometry and material logic.

06Does it produce a bill of materials?+

Yes. Lengths, panel area, posts, bays, gates and installation components feed the live BOM and price state.

07Do I need to install software?+

No. The configurator runs in a modern browser using WebGL for the interactive 3D view.
